Rally on the occasion of 75th founding anniv of Awami League in Morelganj

On the occasion of the 75th founding anniversary of the Awami League in Morelganj of Bagerhat, the leaders and activists of the upazila Awami League held a rally and various programs throughout the day at around 10 am on Sunday.
Local Parliament Member HM Badiuzzaman Sohag attended various programmes including wreath laying on the portrait of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.
Later at 11 o'clock a joy rally was taken out on the main main road of the city and hundreds of leaders and activists of the party joined In addition, a discussion meeting and cultural program was organized in Morelganj pauro Park in different kinds of barnil.
It was presided over by Upazila Awami League President and former Member of Parliament Advocate Amirul Alam Milan.
Among others, Upazila Chairman Bir Muktijoddha Md.Liaquat Ali Khan, General Secretary of Upazila Awami League M Emdadul Haque, Upazila Vice Chairman Md. Russell Howladar and Women Vice Chairman Azmin Nahar.
