A colourful rally was organized at the campus of Bangladesh Army University of Engineering & Technology (BAUET) marking the completion of the academic programs of the 16th Batch (4th Year) and MA in English students.

On Thursday, the rally was attended by faculty members, officers, and graduating students. It started from the campus plaza, proceeded through Kadamtala Intersection, and returned to the campus. Later, a tree plantation programme was held on the campus premises. A special prayer and munajat were offered, seeking happiness, prosperity, and a bright future for the graduating students and everyone present. The Vice-Chancellor of the University, Brigadier General S M Lutfor Rahman, attended the programme as the Chief Guest.

Besides, on Wednesday, a delightful cultural programme was organized featuring performances by the BAUET Cultural Club and the band "Avoid Rafa." The programme was hosted by Tabassum Nusrat Ikra, a student of the Department of English, and Aniruddha, a student of the Department of Law and Justice. Raef Al Hasan Rafa, vocalist of the band Avoid Rafa, captivated the audience with several popular songs, including "Ami Akash Pathabo," "Cholo Arekbar Uri," and "Tumi Daklei Firbo."

Liaqat Ali (Retd.); Dean of the Faculty of Science & Humanities and the Faculty of Law, Prof Dr. Md. Sazzad Hossain; Dean of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Professor Dr. Mohammad Nurul Islam; Dean of the Faculty of ECE, Professor Mohammad Golam Sarwar Bhuyan; Heads of Departments; Proctor; Student Welfare Adviser; faculty members; officers; invited guests; and students.
