RAB-5 arrested drug dealer with foreign pistol

RAB-5 has arrested notorious drug dealer and armed terrorist Arif, who has injured a policeman in Rajshahi, along with 01 foreign pistol and bullets.
RAB-5 conducted an operation in an area called Chakkapashia under Rajshahi Katakhali police station at 1 o'clock on Monday. At that time, 1 foreigner, bullets and 1 motorcycle were arrested along with the accused.
The arrested person's name is Arif Islam (32). He is the son of father Md Shariful Islam of Yusufpur Kandipara village of Charghat upazila.
Through a press release of RAB-5, on November 29, in the operation of the district DB police, Mosken Ali and another accused were arrested with 170 bottles of Phencidil. On getting the information of this raid, RAB-5 attacked the said policemen along with Arif and his two accomplices, who were arrested in the raid of the CPSC team and snatched away the accused and Phencidil and escaped. On due time a case has filed in Charghat police station.
Later, Mosken Ali was arrested in a police operation. RAB-5 started investigation by receiving information about the incident. According to information, the accused was staying at his second wife's house for a short time on Monday night.
After searching the house, a foreign pistol was recovered under the mattress of the bed in the bedroom of the arrested person's wife. RAB has confirmed that the accused has been booked under Arms Act at Katakhali police station in Rajshahi city.
