In order to maintain the overall law and order situation of the country, it is playing a leading role in bringing all kinds of criminals under the law.RAB has been conducting regular operations to arrest the accused in various sensational cases including militants, terrorists, organized criminals, robbers, gamblers, drug dealers, murders, and kidnappings.

In continuation of this, under the direction of Md. Maruf Hossain PPM, Additional DIG, Captain RAB-12, RAB-12 will perform duty in the polling field from December 29 to January 10, 2024 and after the election.

On the occasion of the twelfth National Assembly election to be held on January 7, 2024, apart from ensuring compliance with the code of conduct, RAB-12, Sirajganj district, to maintain overall peace and order in the constituency, prevent crime, protect people's lives and property and avoid any untoward situation, two days before the polling and two days after the polling.Pickups and motorcycles are deployed on patrol duty through special robust patrols in important areas.

Checkpost activities are being conducted continuously at important points considering the situation.Besides, the intelligence team of RAB-12 is active in monitoring the overall situation.Strict legal action will be taken to ensure safety of life and property and to avoid any untoward situation and against any violence or vandalism.To strengthen security in the responsible area of RAB-12, Sirajganj, the captain of RAB-12 is regularly supervising the activities of the patrol team in various areas and providing necessary guidance.

On the occasion of the upcoming 12th National Assembly elections, RAB-12, Sirajganj area will ensure the safety of people and goods through Robust Petrol and the operations will continue to deal with any kind of unpleasant situation and will be strengthened in the future.We strongly believe that such activities of law enforcement forces can make Bangladesh a crime free country.
