They have no one to see the expression of dumb tears on their faces. Even if the common people do not have the power to blame the government, all kinds of people, starting from low income, are regularly returning home from Bhola bazaar, blaming it on a kind of helplessness and destiny. At that rate.

The prices of daily necessities including vegetables, fish, meat, rice, potato, garlic, onion, sugar are increasing in Bhola market. It is not possible to pull the reins in any way. So day by day the price of goods is going beyond the purchasing power of common people. The administration of Bhola monitored the market for a few days and jailed, fined and fined some dishonest syndicate traders, but the administration turned a blind eye and the syndicate traders again sold their products at exorbitant prices even though the price was fixed by the government.

Bhola administration is not able to control them in any way. On the other hand, even if there is an instruction to hang the price list of products in the shop every day, no one obeys it. Due to the association and syndicate rotation of each commodity traders, the price of daily commodities in Bhola market is increasing by leaps and bounds, the situation is like 'burning hands in fire'.

That is, the price of 1 egg has stood at 15 rupees. But the government has fixed the price of eggs per piece at 12 taka .

The maximum price of desi onion per kg is Tk 120 to Tk 130. Which was 55-60 rupees a few weeks ago. Desi garlic is being sold at Tk 240 per kg, which was sold at Tk 180 a month ago.

The price of open oil per liter has also increased by 5 rupees. Last month, broiler chicken was sold at 165 to 170 taka, today the highest price was 185 taka. There is no decrease in the vegetable market as well, desi beans are sold at Tk 170 to Tk 180 per kg, tomato at Tk 140 to Tk 150, radish at Tk 40 to Tk 45, cabbage at Tk 70 to Tk 75, capsicum at Tk 160, bitter gourd at Tk 70 and above.

Besides, the prices of all kinds of industrial products have also increased. Consumers are expressing their anger as the prices of daily necessities are constantly rising. When asked to know the reason for the increase in the price of goods, the president of the Daily Commodity Traders Association said that the traders in Mokam run their business by syndicate. We have nothing to do with it, we buy at a high price and sell at a low profit.

Bhola District Consumer Rights Protection Officer Mahmudul Hasan said that instructions have been given to hang the price list of products in every shop. Those who disobey this directive and sell more than the retail price fixed by the government will face action under the Consumer Rights Act, he said.
