Police arrested a man named Jabbar for cutting soil from cropland with a backhoe (excavator) machine in Tongibari, Munshiganj in the dark of night. AC Land released him on bond in the morning.
On Sunday night, Tongibari Police arrested a man after receiving information about cutting soil from cropland in the Chap area of Yashlong Union of the upazila.Tongibari Upazila Assistant Commissioner (Land) and Executive Magistrate Wazed Wasif released him on bond in the morning.In this regard, the police said that when we received the information, the backhoe driver fled. Later, on the instructions of AC Land, a man named Jabbar who was there was arrested and brought to the police station. He was released on bond in the morning. Tongibari Upazila Assistant Commissioner (Land) Wazed Wasif said that the person who was arrested was not the owner of the land and was released on bond.
