PM committed to allot land for Dhaka Journalist Family Cooperative Society

Dhaka Journalist Family Multipurpose Cooperative Society Ltd. President and Secretary on Thursday submitted a written application with supporting documents to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina requesting allotment of government land to solve housing problems of the members of the Society.
Prime Minister attended as Chief Guest at the Delegates' Conference of BFUJ-Bangladesh Federal Union of Journalists at the National Press Club on Thursday last . At that time Secretary General Dip Azad facilitated the avenue to put the prayer to the Prime Minister.
Journalist Cooperative Society President Al Mamun and Secretary Mofizur Rahman Khan Babu along with BFUJ President Omar Faruque and Secretary General Dip Azad handed over the application to Prime Minister.
In time of submission application, Cooperative Society Secretary Mofizur Rahman Khan Babu conveyed the message on behalf of members of the Cooperative Society to Prime Minister. Babu also explained that the members belonging to the Society fervently want to get the land from the government led by Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina said, she will try to allocate the land for the journalists and will ask his office to take necessary action in this regard.
