PLID -causing pain causes,complications and ways to prevent

At present, people who do not say that there is no pain in the waist is good, but in good fortune there is a lot of better treatment for waist pain and it is completely good. However, in some cases, waist pain can be caused by disk prolaps or herniation of the disk. The intervertebral disk is a common but extremely painful disease, which mostly occur in the waist of the spine. In this situation, the soft jelly of the spine disc, comes out of its normal space and causes pressure on the nerve. Which is called Vertibra in English. They are connected to each other with the help of intervertebral disks. When this disk moves out of its normal place for some reason, all the hazards occur. Then there is disk prolays usually on the neck, as well as the cervical disk or in the waist, as well as the Lumber Disk. In medical terminology it is called the Lumber Intervertibral Disk (PLID).
 
> Disk plaps - where is it?
Generally disc plauses are more in our neck or cervical spine and waist or lumbar spine. The Survival Spine is more in the C1-3 and C3-5 level and Lumber Spine L 3-5 and L1-S3 levels are high. It is both men and women. However, women suffer more in this disease than men.
