Patuakhali SP distributes blankets to underprivileged in Patuakhali

Many poor people have been suffering from Konkan winter for the last 10 days in Patuakhali district.
Superintendent of Police Md Saidul Islam extended a helping hand to ease their sufferings . With full private funding, he has been distributing blankets and winter clothes for the needy poor every night for the last 7 days at the launching ghats, intersections, bus stands and other areas of the city. Many cold people and their families are benefiting from it.
Additional Superintendent of Police Ahmed Mainul Hasan, Rafiuddin Muhammad Zubair, Md. Sajedul Islam Sajal and Sadar Police Officer-in-Charge Md. Jaseemuddin accompanied a group of policemen in this activity.
Superintendent of Police said, there are many well-to-do people in our society, who cover their bodies step by step in different clothes to avoid the cold. Coating, comfort, use room heater, greaser at home even after staying. But if all those rich and well-off people help at least one cold person, then the poor people would not have to suffer the hardships of winter. He made a generous appeal to everyone to stand by the side of the underprivileged this winter.
He said, until the end of the winter season, the district police and his personal help will continue the distribution of winter clothes.
