Nana Chakra is sitting to get the trap. There is no better technology than mobile to immerse yourself in the vast world of knowledge. Nowadays Android phone and internet go hand in hand. We have no way to stay away from it. Overuse of technology is slowly killing off our future generations like beetles. Smartphones are now within the reach of children and teenagers. And a child studying in class 9 or 10 easily gets a smartphone. Also internet facility. After getting these two, they first engage themselves through social media. Sometimes they suffer from nomophobia. Although it is not yet a recognized mental illness, various studies have revealed that it causes several psychological problems.
A 2008 study by Torah, one of the top research firms in the world, found that around 53% of mobile phone users in Britain become concerned when they 'lose their mobile phone, run out of battery or credit, or have no network coverage'. The study found out of a sample of 2,163 people, about 58% of men and 47% of women suffered from anxiety and an additional 9% suffered from mental stress due to leaving their mobile phones at home. 55% of the people surveyed mentioned that they cannot keep in touch with their family and friends because they leave their mobile phones at home.
This fact adds to their mental anxiety. About 66 percent of all mobile phone users in America have nomophobia Admits that moments exist. 50 percent of people who leave mobile phones at home suffer from mental discomfort. Statistics show that even in 26 percent of road accidents, drivers are using mobile phones at the time of the accident. 69 percent of mobile phone users wake up and reach for their mobile phone first before doing any work.
In many cases, it is seen that the child is bought a mobile phone before crossing the threshold of primary school. In that case, the parent brings up the issue of his feelings for the child. But he never checks whether that mobile is a useful item for his child or not. Maybe he does it out of compassion for the child. But they have to watch how he is using the mobile phone he bought.
In many cases these days it is not done. It may also be due to increasing parental distance from children. So the responsibility of keeping the child on the right path must be fulfilled properly. This work should be done not by creating distance but by drawing closer with love. You have to get rid of your mobile phone addiction. Mobile phone should be used keeping a distance. Do not use mobile phone unnecessarily.
Instead of playing on the mobile phone, practice sports outside. Instead of looking at the mobile every now and then, you have to pay attention to other places. That is, the mobile phone should be used in such a way that it does not stand in the habit. Only then will it be possible to get out of this problem.
