BNP Joint Secretary General and MP from Narsingdi Sadar constituency Khairul Kabir Khokon said, "The fascist government's cronies have used you as a vote bank in the past. You don't need to be a vote bank. You are a part of the people. You are independent, you will question your conscience, you will consider which party and government you were safe under, and who was on your side."
He made these remarks while speaking as the chief guest at a gift distribution ceremony for the leaders of the puja mandap on the occasion of the autumn Durgotsav at the Narsingdi district BNP office on Sunday afternoon.
