National Primary Education Medal Competition Held in Bamna

The National Primary Education Medal Competition-2025 was held at the upazila level in Bamna, Barguna.
The programme was organized at Syed Rahmat Ali Stadium on Thursday, with Upazila Primary Education Officer Md. Romanch Ahmed in the chair and the event was inaugurated at 9 am by hoisting the flag in the presence of the chief guest UNO Md. Nikhat Ara and Press Club President Golam Kibria.
The government organizes this competition every year nationwide to make children self-reliant through physical and mental development and to inspire participants to implement equality-based and quality primary education through creative activities.
At the Bamna Upazila level, the winners of the union level of 62 primary schools participated in a day-long sports, cultural, subject-based quiz competition with the spontaneous participation of students in all events and distributed prizes among the winners.
The guardians expressed satisfaction with the overall organization of this year's competition compared to the National Primary Education Medal Competition held in Bamna last year. The program was also attended by - Upazila Assistant Education Officers Nirmal Chandra and Syeda Mariam Jahan, primary school headmasters and assistant teachers, journalists and guardians.
