National and International Sports Day celebrated in Jamalpur

National and International Sports Day was celebrated in Jamalpur. On the occasion a rally and discussion meeting were organized on Sunday afternoon by the District Administration, District Sports Office, and District Sports Association.The rally started from the stadium and ended at the Deputy Commissioner's office. Later, a discussion was held in the premises of the DC office, presided over by Additional Deputy Commissioner (General) Iftekhar Yunus. Among the speakers were BNP's Assistant Organizing Secretary and General Secretary of Jamalpur District BNP Advocate Shah Md. Wares Ali Mamun, District Sports Officer Afrin Akhter Moni, former General Secretary of the District Sports Association Abdullah Al Fuad, National Women's Handball Team Captain Misti Khatun, District Cricket Team Manager Tutul, Cricket Coach Sabbir Hossain Shyamal, and U-17 National Football Team player Mehedi Hasan, among others.
