Police have unveiled the mystery of the murder of Shahidul, the driver of the most discussed autorickshaw at Sundarganj in Gaibandha.
At the same time, two persons involved in the murder were arrested.
At a press conference at the auditorium of the Gaibandha Police Super Office on Wednesday, Additional Superintendent of Police Md. Shariful Islam said that the deceased Fazal Haque, son of the deceased Fazal Haque of West Shivram village of Sundarganj upazila, came out of the house on June 23 last afternoon.
The next morning his body was found from a bill. The police then started working to open the mystery of the murder. Police arrested Mosharraf Hossain Mushfiq and Shant Mia on the night of June 5, using information technology.
Later, in the interrogation, they confessed to the two killings. They were sent to court.
He also said that on the night of June 27, his friend Mosharraf Hossain Mushfiq and Shant Mia Shahidul Islam took the chakulia Bill of Sundarganj and took extra Gaza and killed the dresses in the neck.
Also present at the press conference were Sundarganj Police Station OC Abdul Hakim, DSB OC Abdul Latif, Kaiser Ali and others.
