
Myanmar national among 4 held while entering India illegally

Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) members detained three Bangladeshis and a Myanmar national early Saturday while they were entering India illegally through Benapole port in Jashore.
They were detained from a filed of the border.
The detained three four are Keshtakor Mandal, 50, Asha Rani, 40, Sheuli Khatun, 35, and Myanmar national Md Hossain, 25.
Jashore BGB-49 Ghiba camp commander Habildar Abdus Samad said during interrogation it was known that three of them were going to India for treatment while the Myanmar national was going to India for work.
After lodging a case, the BGB handed them over to Benapole Port Police Station.
