At Gafargaon, Mymensingh, a courtyard meeting was held with rural women on the initiative of Awami League. On Monday afternoon, as part of the party program, a meeting was held in the yard of Longair union of the upazila with the participation of women.

Upazila Awami League President and Member of Parliament of Mymensingh-10 Gafargaon Constituency Fahmi Golandaz Babel spoke as the chief guest in the courtyard meeting. Member of Parliament Fahmi Golandaj Babel is in contact with people especially women at the grassroots level from morning to evening and is currently carrying out election campaign by bringing the development activities of Awami League government to the public.

Union Awami League President Nizam Uddin Sardar presided over the event and among others, Upazila Awami League Senior Vice President Upazila Chairman Ashraf Uddin Badal, General Secretary UP Chairman Abul Kashem, Joint General Secretary Principal Ataur Rahman,UP Chairman Nazmul Haque Dhali, UP Chairman Abdullah Al Amin Biplab and all the Awami League and all its associates were present.

Member of Parliament Fahmi Golandaz Babel said, "If Sheikh Hasina is in power, women will get priority along with the development of the country." The current government is working on empowering women. Today, women are able to earn income sitting at home in villages and their husbands and children are happy and peaceful."

He also said, 'People's leader Sheikh Hasina's government should be brought to power again by voting by boat. Only then will it be possible to build the smart Bangladesh of the people's leader's dream. Because he made Bangladesh a role model of development in the world court and increased our self-esteem.

He also said for the purpose of the present mothers and sisters, Awami League government has created all facilities for women including old age allowance, widow allowance, maternity allowance.

That is why Sheikh Hasina should once again be put in power to serve the countrymen by winning the boat symbol by fighting all the evil forces in the 12th National Assembly elections. The boat, the symbol of freedom, the symbol of development, the symbol of the people, should be voted for victory.

From now on, the party leaders and activists have to go door to door to ask the mothers and sisters to vote for the boat and highlight the development progress of the government on behalf of the party. We will vote for the current Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina to become the Prime Minister of the country for the fourth time in a row in the next parliamentary elections.
