Motorcyclist killed by bus in Shibganj

A motorcyclist was killed on the spot when a bus hit him on the Mokamtala-Jaipurhat regional highway in Shibganj, Bogura.
The deceased's name is Nazmul Islam. He is the son of Jahangir Hossain of Chanpur area of Mokamtala union of Shibganj upazila. He is a cosmetics trader in Mokamtala market.
The incident took place at a place called Ganeshpur on the Mokamtala-Jaipurhat regional highway at around 3:30 pm on Sunday.
Inspector Ashiq Iqbal, in-charge of Mokamtala Investigation Center confirmed this information.
He said that while returning home from Mokamtala, Nazmul died on the spot after falling under the Ahad Paribahan passenger bus (Dhaka Metro-B-11-9865) while crossing the road. The body has been handed over after the legal process.
