Month-long mass Iftar in Muhammad Ali's gymnasium

Sylhet Divisional Commissioner Abu Ahmed Siddiqui NDC broke iftar with the masses at Sylhet District Stadium's Mohammad Ali Gymnasium On Wednesday (March 20).
9th Ramazan, a month-long public iftar was organized at the Mohammad Ali Gymnasium of Sylhet District Stadium in Rikabibazar under the initiative of Mahi Uddin Ahmad Selim, General Secretary of Sylhet District Sports Association.
President of Sylhet Press Club Iqbal Siddiqui led the prayers at the Iftar party. Additional Divisional Commissioner (General and Attendant) Debjit Singh was present on the occasion. Politicians, journalists, social, sports personalities, student leaders and leaders of various organizations were also present.
Meanwhile, Mahi Uddin Ahmad Salim said, "I have seen Muslim countries serving Iftar to fasting people on a large scale during my stay in the Middle East." Inspired from there, I have been organizing Mass Iftar since last year. As long as Allah keeps me alive, I will continue to organize Mass Iftar and serve people forever.
