Met office predicts rain across country

Met office has forecast rain or thundershowers in Dhaka and seven other divisions of the country in 24 hours commencing at 9am on Thursday.
“Rain or thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty or squally wind is likely at many places over Rajshahi, Dhaka, Mymensingh, and Sylhet divisions and at a few places over Rangpur, Khulna, Barishal, and Chattogram divisions with hail at isolated places,” said a Met office bulletin.
Day temperature may rise slightly and night temperature may fall slightly over the country.
According to the BMD special bulletin, rain or thundershowers accompanied by temporary westerly or northwesterly gusty or squally wind is likely at places over Rajshahi, Rangpur, Mymensingh, Dhaka, Khulna, Barishal, Chattogram, and Sylhet divisions during the next 72 hours commencing at 4pm on Wednesday.
At this time, there may be lightning and hail at isolated places along with the nor’wester.
