Meeting held for injured in mass uprising in Baraigram

A meeting was held in the presence of their family members in memory of those injured in the mass uprising of the student community in July-August in Baraigram Upazila of Natore on Monday.
The meeting was presided over by Upazila Nirbahi Officer Laila Jannatul Ferdous and moderated by Upazila Youth Development Officer Md. Rafiqul Islam.
In addition, the meeting was addressed by Assistant Commissioner (Land) Md. Ashraful Islam, Upazila Health and Family Planning Officer Dr. Molay Kumar Kundu, Upazila Social Service Officer Md. Rezaul Karim, Officer-in-Charge of the Police Station Md. Sirajul Islam, Student Coordinator Mahabub Alam, injured student Majedul Haque and others.
The Upazila Parishad gave 21 thousand taka to 13 students injured in the mass uprising as an honor. It is noted that no one died during the mass uprising in this upazila.
