Journo Foyez made senior assistant press secretary to chief adviser

The government has appointed journalist of the New Age, an English language newspaper, Foyez Ahammad as senior assistant press secretary to the Chief Advisor of the interim government.
In line with the order of President Mohammed Shahbuddin, the Ministry of Public Administration issued the gazette notification in this regard today.
The notification said that the duration of the contractual appointment depends on the tenure of the Chief Advisor or subject to his satisfaction from the date of his joining.
Other conditions of the appointment would be finalised through agreement, the gazette notification said, adding that the order was issued on published interest.
