A Milad and Doa Mahfil was held on the occasion of the 8th death anniversary of hero freedom fighter Nurul Islam Babul, founder chairman of Jamuna Group.
A Milad and Dua Mahfil was held at the Dohazari Municipal Hall room in the upazila on Sunday at the initiative of the Chandanish Press Club.
Jugantar Upazila correspondent and Press Club President Abidur Rahman Babul presided over the Milad and Dua Mahfil, the chief guest was Dohazari Municipal Executive Officer Md Shamsuzzaman.
Dohazari Press Club General Secretary Azgar Ali Selim, journalist and spreader Chhayad Shibli Chhedek Kafil, journalist M Faizur Rahman, BNP leader Faiz Uddin, journalist Joynal Abedin, Yasin Islam Hriday, Bir freedom fighter Nurul Islam Nurul Islam.
Hafez Maulana Mahbubul Alam conducted special prayers at the Mahfil.
