Islamic University Science Club has announced a new committee.

In this, Nirab Hossain of the Biomedical Engineering Department for the academic year 2019-20 of the university has been nominated as the president and Junaidul Mustafa of the Applied Chemistry and Chemical Engineering Department for the academic year 2020-21 has been nominated as the general secretary.

The committee was announced in a general meeting at the residence of Dr. Muhammad Shahjahan Ali, Professor of the Electrical and Electronic Engineering Department of the university and chief adviser of the Islamic University Science Club on Saturday.

At that time, the leaders of the old committee handed over the responsibility to the new committee. During the announcement of the committee, many people including the founding president of the Islamic University Science Club and the standing committee chief and general secretary were present.

Incidentally, since its inception, the Islami University Science Club has been working tirelessly to build a science-minded nation and spread science and technological knowledge. Various activities are being done to spread the blessings of science across the country. As part of this, various competitions, workshops and seminars on science are organized along with national science fairs to interest young students in innovation.

The club has its own team to conduct scientific research activities. The Science Club organizes various workshops, seminars, seminars on higher education abroad etc. to improve the skills of all the members within the club.
