IU CMJ Department gets new chairman

The Communication and Multimedia Journalism (CMJ) Department held a programmw where a new chairman, Professor Dr. Md. Rashiduzzaman was handed over the responsibility.
The event took place at 11:00 am on Wednesday.
The programme was hosted by Tonmoy Saha Joy, Lecturer of Communication and Multimedia Journalism, where former chairman of the department and treasurer of the university, Dr. Md. Alamgir Hossain Bhuiyan , Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Professor Dr. Md. Nozibul Haque, Chairman of the Economics, Prof Dr. Kazi Mostafa Arif and Prof Dr. Md. Jahangir Alam were present.
Professor Dr. Md. Rashiduzzaman, Chairman of the department, said, “Our students are the future of the department. I believe that every student comes with a lot of possibilities. Our goal will be to give them chances to reveal their possibilities. I will continue my attempt to develop the department so that they can be satisfied after completing their graduation.
