Indian PM Modi expresses shock over Bailey Road fire

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has expressed his heartfelt condolences on the loss of lives in the fire at the Green Cozy Cottage Shopping Mall on New Bailey Road of the capital on 29 February.
In a letter addressed to PM Sheikh Hasina on Friday, the Indian PM also wished speedy recovery to those injured in the fire incident.
Modi further affirmed that as India stands with Bangladesh in this hour of grief, his thoughts and prayers remain with her (PM Hasina) and the friendly people of Bangladesh, the letter read.
