Inauguration of Bangabandhu National Gold Cup Football Tournament in Baraigram

The Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman National Gold Cup Football Tournament was inaugurated in Baraigram upazila of Natore.
The National Gold Cup Football Tournament (Boys Under-17) was inaugurated last Saturday afternoon at the Baraigram Pilot High School ground under the chairmanship of Upazila Nirbahi Officer Laila Jannatul Ferdous.
Dr. Siddiqur Rahman Patwari, Member of Parliament of Natore-4 Parliamentary Constituency was present as the chief guest. On the opening day, a competition was held between Baraigram Union and Chandai Union team among 9 teams. Chandai Union team won 2-1goal in this competition.
Upazila Chairman Moazzem Hossain Bablu, Baraigram UP Chairman Abdul Momin Ali, Chandai UP Chairman Shahnaz Parveen, Vice President of Upazila Sports Council Jamil Hossain, General Secretary Joynal Gazi, Upazila Awami League and other leaders of affiliated organizations were present as special guests.
