
IFIC organises Financial Literacy for Safer Future Programme in Rajshahi

An awareness seminar on “Financial Literacy for a Safer Future” was held at the initiative of Rajshahi IFIC Branch. This programme was organized by IFIC Bank aimed at making women prudent.
IFIC Bank is working to empower women in various branches of the district with proper use of money. The main objective of this campaign is to encourage proper use and saving of money. In this continuation, a seminar was started at Mahishbathan Ardash Girls High School in the city on Tuesday. Women from different walks of life attended the seminar on financial literacy and a secure future. This program is ongoing in the organization of various branches.
IFIC Bank Customer Service Manager Mohammad Altafur Rahman presided over the event. At that time Rajshahi Women Chamber of Commerce and Industries President Rosettee Naznin was present as chief guest. On due time chief guest said that women are now working with equality at all levels. However, some women are far away from modernity. Many people are getting into child marriage due to displacement.
Although many families have sources of income, they are not managing their families properly. IFIC Bank's beautifully organized awareness seminar on “Financial Literacy Secure Future” is educational for all.
Mahbubul Alam, Headmaster of Mahishbathan Ardash Girls High School, IFIC Rajshahi Branch Manager Iqbal Hossain Bhuiyan, Credit Officer Sohanur Rahman, Officer In Charge Tarmiya Jahan and Shamchi Tamanna Nabila among others spoke on the occasion.
