Human chain protesting false case against Pangsha Police Station OC, others

A human chain has been formed demanding the withdrawal of the attempted rape case against Pangsha Model Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Mohammad Salauddin, Sub-Inspector (SI) Himadri Howlader and a person named Arif Hossain.
The human chain program was held in front of Malek Plaza in Pangsha Municipality at 12 noon on Monday under the banner of the conscious society and people of all walks of life of Pangsha.
The human chain was moderated by Jubo Dal leader Md. Khalilur Rahman and addressed by Pangsha Upazila Zia Parishad President and Pangsha Press Club Convener M.A. Jinnah, former General Secretary of Machpara Union BNP Md. Ariful Islam Tipu Mia, General Secretary of Pangsha Bazar Industry and Merchants Association Md. Delwar Sardar, Upazila Zia Parishad Organizing Secretary Md. Alamgir Hossain, District Chhatra Dal leader Sajeeb Raja, among others.
At this time, the speakers said, "We strongly condemn and protest against the false case of attempted rape filed against Pangsha Model Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Mohammad Salauddin, SI Himadri Howlader and a person named Arif Hossain, who were involved in a conspiracy after not being able to take immoral benefits from the police. We also strongly demand the immediate withdrawal of this false case of attempted rape."
It is mentioned that Pangsha Police Station OC Mohammad Salauddin, SI Himadri and a person named Arif Hossain have filed a case of attempted rape and extortion in the Rajbari Women and Child Repression Prevention Tribunal to get rid of Rima Akhter, the 5th accused in a kidnapping case
