Badda Sub-Registrar Office in the capital city has been allegedly turned into a hotbed of corruption and fraud by copyist Alauddin Tutul and his syndicate. No work is done there without bribery, sources said.

The general people have been facing various problems in land registration, name registration, land occupation with fake documents. Not even a land deed is delivered without his reference.

By withholding the land documents and demanding bribes under the pressure of the victims, copyist Alauddin Tutul, Ummedar Nasir Rabbi and Office Assistant Md. Russel conspired to grab the money.

Sub-registrar's routine work is also being hampered due to their bribe-taking technique.

In this situation, counterfeiters are getting a chance to corrupt crores of taka.

After going to the registration complex building, it was found out that copyist Alauddin Tutul is doing corruption behind his mask even though everyone knows him as 'Haji Sahib'.

In connivance with the local leaders of the ruling party, the registry of deeds held the victims hostage and extorted huge sums of money.

One of the Alauddin Tutul corruptions is tax evasion in the registry and collection of money through various tricks. The registry irregularities are mainly - special land is called ownership, plain ( Nal) land is called Basat Bhiti (Homestead) , 'basat bhiti 'is called 'null' , city corporation is called municipality and union, and the 5-storey building is shown as tinshades.

Thus they are evading the government's taxes and making illegal income of crores of taka which should be investigated.

Joining hands with the syndicate, showing changes in the land category without considering the government rules, registering 'Heba 'Ewaz, 'Achiyatnama', 'Declaration, power of attorney instead of 'Sub-Kobla '. They are misappropriated crores of taka by evading the government revenues.
