Hill Tracts Minister's APS Sadek in Bandarban in sabotage case, sent to jail

Police have sent Sadek Hossain Chowdhury, Assistant Personal Secretary (APS) to Bir Bahadur Ushaisi MP, Minister of the Ministry of Chittagong Hill Tracts Affairs of the fascist Awami League government, to jail on the orders of the court in a sabotage case in Bandarban. Senior Judicial Magistrate Nurul Haque of the Bandarban Chief Judicial Magistrate's Court issued this order on Wednesday afternoon.
According to lawyers and court sources, after being absconding for a long time in a case filed on charges of creating sabotage in the mass uprising movement of students and the public, Sadek Hossain Chowdhury, the APS of the Minister of the Ministry of Chittagong Hill Tracts Affairs and the Publicity and Publication Secretary of the District Awami League, appeared in the court on Wednesday afternoon and prayed for bail . After hearing the petition , the court rejected the bail and ordered to send him to jail.
Confirming the matter, Police Officer of the Bandarban Judicial Magistrate Court Bishwajit Das said that the court rejected the bail application in the sabotage case and ordered to send the accused to jail.
Shahidul Islam, the plaintiff in the case, said that although a couple of people have been sent to jail, those who attacked and vandalized the student-public movement against the fascist government's discrimination are getting away with it on bail. This is very sad. He demanded that the fascist government's accomplices who are torturing the students and the public be punished by arresting them.
