Goalando Puja Celebration Parishad protests post-election violence

In protest of the violence before the 12th National Assembly elections, the leaders of Bangladesh Puja Celebration Parishad Goalando Upazila and Municipal Branch organized a human chain and protest programme .
On Saturday noon, they formed this human chain and protest programme in front of Goalando Bazar Goalando Press Club on the main road for an hour.
Apurba Saha Dwijen, president of Manabbandhane Municipal Puja Celebration Parishad, was present on the occasion, District Hindu, Buddhist, Christian Unity Parishad convener Babu Nirmal Chakraborty, Goalando Puja Celebration Parishad vice president Sukumar Mondal, former president Govind Mondal, general secretary Kartik Ghosh, Hindu, Buddhist, Christian Parishad President Ramesh Kumar, Editor Sujit Das abd Shri Krishna Seva Sangh President Sudhir Kumar Biswas were present.
The speakers said that we want to see a humane and democratic Bangladesh. We believe that Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is a person of non-communal spirit.
However, some communal leaders within the party have attacked minorities after the elections. We strongly condemn it.
