The Centeral Committee of BNP has announced the 42-member full convening committee of Barishal City BNP.

This information was confirmed in the press release signed by Ruhul Kabir Rizvi, Senior Joint Secretary General of the party on Monday afternoon.

Three months ago, a three-member committee was announced with Moniruzzaman Khan Farooq as Convener, Afroza Khanam Nasreen as Joint Convener and Zia Uddin Sikder as Member Secretary. Then on Monday, the central BNP formed a full convening committee of 42 members keeping these three leaders in the same position.

The joint conveners of the full convening committee are - Jasim Uddin Khan, Al Amin, Abu Musa Kajal, Abdul Halim Mridha, Sajjad Hossain, Zahirul Islam Leetu, Mahfuzur Rahman Mahfuz and Abul Kalam Azad.

The members are Wair Ibn Ghulam Qadir (Swapan), freedom fighter Nurul Alam Farid, Al Masum, Manjurul Ahsan Jisan, Saiful Anam Bipu, Badiuzzaman Tolon, Rafiqul Islam Moin, Kamrul Hasan Ratan, Ahmed Zeki Anupam, Julhas Uddin Masud, Zahidur Rahman Ripon. , Khasrul Alam Tapan, Abdul Haque Master, Arifur Rahman Babu, Asaduzzaman Maruf, Sohail Sikder, Kazi Basir, Abul Kalam Azad Imon, Sarwar Hossain, Sheikh Humayun Kabir Masud, Md. Taslim, Sufia Akhtar, Saeed Khokon, Shamima Akbar, AKM Mizanur Rahman, Naushad Ahmed Nantu, Dulal Gazi, Masud Howlader, Abdur Rahman Howlader, Hasina Kamal and Nurul Islam Panir.

Metropolitan BNP convenor Moniruzzaman Khan Farooq said that a full-fledged convening committee has been formed with party workers. He said that only those who have left have been placed in the committee to move the party forward in an organized manner.
