Foundation stone laying ceremony of Cold Storage Ltd in Baliadangi

The foundation stone laying work of Baliadangi Cold Storage Limited has been inaugurated in Baliadangi Upazila of Thakurgaon.
The foundation stone of Cold Storage Limited was inaugurated in the Fultala area of the upazila at 11 am on Monday.
Former Ameer of Thakurgaon District Jamaat, Professor Alhaj Maulana Abdul Hakim, inaugurated the laying of the foundation stone of Baliadangi Cold Storage Limited.
Thakurgaon District Ulama Division President Maulana Fazle Rabbi Mortujabi, Jamaat leaders Sheikh Ayub Ali, Mohsin Ali, Baliadangi Cold Storage Limited MD Rabiul Alam, Director Ayub Ali, 8th Barabari BNP President Zulfiqar Ali (Zillur), former student leader Abdul Barek, Baliadangi Press Club President NM Nurul Islam and other local dignitaries were present at the event.
Rabiul Alam, MD of Baliadangi Cold Storage Limited, said that potato farmers in the upazila will benefit once the work of Baliadangi Cold Storage Limited is completed. It will be able to store about 12,000 metric tons of potatoes.
