First shipemt of eggs reached Benapole from India

The first shipment of 62,000 pieces of eggs arrived in Bangladesh from India through Benapole land port in Jashore.
The import value of which is Tk 3 lakh 28 thousand 220 said the revenue official.
Koli Molla, Revenue Officer of the Customs Cargo Branch of the Benapole Customs House, said that an Indian egg consignment entered the Benapole port on Sunday evening. It will be released quickly from the port.
"The importer of these eggs is BDS Corporation, Dhaka. The exporter is Kanup, Tripura, IndiaME Enterprises is the C&F Agent of Benapole Port.
Sajedur Rahman, General Secretary of Benapole Customs C&F Agent Staff Association, said that on Sunday evening, 61 thousand 950 eggs in 295 packages (3.5 metric tons) of eggs entered Benapole port in an Indian cargo truckThe C&F agent at the port has submitted the necessary documents to customs for clearance of ME Enterprise goods shipment.
