Today is Friday (13 June) 'Women's Out of Women's Prevention Day 2025. In our country, the level of evangelism or sexual harassment has increased drastically as it has been strictly controlled. From the beginning of the 2010th, the day was started to celebrate the normal movement of women, live free, uplifting and maintaining their rights and respect.

The contribution of men along with men at the beginning of civilization is unacceptable. The role of women is parallel in the history of the progress of social civilization. But even then women are constantly suffering from violence. In particular, the students were taken to the students' programs and programs for the students. The next year, the day also stirred everyone. But this year, no significant programs have been taken around this special and necessary day.

 Interviews have been interviewed with discrimination, sexual harassment and negative views. Women aged 18to30 years from different districts and departments across the country participated in the survey. 69.91 percent of women in the country are suffering negative comments on physical structure.

37.24 percent of women are disrespectful to the body structure. 22 percent of the friend has been heaven. He even heard such comments from the family, said 14.25 percent.

11.85 percent of women have heard negative words from the pedestrian about the physical structure. 39.49 percent of women think that negative comments are to be subjected to weight due to weight.

36.95 percent of women have been under the survey that they are under the pressure of marriage from family without consent. According to the survey, 23.77 percent of women were sexually harassed.

Of these, 65.58 percent of women were subjected to hidden hints of perverted sexual desire. 35.49 percent of women have to suffer from offensive touch.

And 22.25 percent of the Eve teasing in various places. According to the survey, 29.62 percent of women were sexually harassed in public transport.

According to the survey, 22.26percent of women were subjected to online irony. Of these, 45.27percent of the embarrassing situation was sent by sending ugly messages.

Social media ID hacking was 43.89 percent. 61.12 percent of personal and sensitive images are sufferingTherefore, it is not impossible to set the example by punishing the real culprit by enacting effective laws to curb the crime of sexual harassment. But the law and order institutions of the state have failed to provide women's security. Even some of them have emerged as the oppressor themselves. The oppressors are getting out of the law with the help of the masculinity and the sponsor. The criminals are being released by some defective investigation. Or the incident is being forced to travel to the oppressor, and the oppressed woman is forced to bear the responsibility of slander. Again, it is seen that the propaganda against the crime is identified as 'Mandnari' and propagated. As a result, most women are silent in accepting oppression, torture by becoming the model of 'Valonari'. The limited vow and weakness of women is responsible for deprivation of their rights.

Just as women are being blamed for the word 'evangelism', the word rape is not called 'honor', honoring ',' humiliation ',' harassed '. Because women become guilty of honor and dignity. Thus the use of different words tolerate oppression and the safety of women is uncertain.The criminal act that includes evangelism is- lukewarm, tetan, satirical, gesture, gesture, playing discipline, playing provocative clap, pushing on, touching or hitting women against consent, making sexually appealing songs, pornographic commentsThreats, showing sexual meaning or video by video, calling by name, repeatedly missing on cellphone, implementing love and sexual relationships, forcing them to do something by showing fear, disrupting their career, sending obscene messages, etc. It can be seen that men in the party's gangs treat them ugly, laughs, jokes, push, cut the pinch, hold on to the jap or pull the clothes. On the way, the supervisor became physically and mentally ill. According to a study, 5% of women aged in Bangladesh are regularly victims of evangelism. The aggressor can be rich, poor, educated, illiterate, rickshaw driver, office authorities. Studies show that 90% of the aggressors are students, 32% of antisocial people and 35% middle -class male.

The evangelism is said to lighten the 'boys of these boys'. It is also said that 'boys to attract girls', 'boys are excited because the girls are outdoors.' However, evading is a joke for men, but the cause of the pain for women. It is said that men became aggressive from various frustrations and turned women into a place. Many consider it part of the life cycle of men- the means of achieving masculinity.

On the other hand, evading is known to have a destructive response to the affected women. That is-

1. The scope of action is reduced, bad results in school, to remain absent;

2. Losing jobs, earning income;

3. Leaving school, changing the plans;

4. The personal life of women becomes a matter of surveillance of others- when people examine women's clothing, decoration, life and everything;

5. Being about to become a matter of gladness of people;

6. The sexual existence of women becomes the main- the other qualities become secondary;

7. The character is characterized and loses respect and dignity;

8. The environment in which evangelism is harassed, loses women's confidence in the environment and becomes frightened;

9. Loses faith in people;

10. Personal relations arise- it arises divorce, trap in friendship and conflicts with colleagues;

11. As others go away from Victim, Victim also folds themselves in the middle of loneliness

12. Health problems arise, such as frustration, anxiety, fear in shape, lack of sleep;

13. Nightmare, shame, and criminal thinking, diminishing attention, addiction to addiction, high blood pressure, dietary change, weight gain or decrease, suicide tendency.

1. First it is to acknowledge that sexual harassment and oppression are ugly horror and brutal attacks on the mind and body of women. This is the worst crime against humanity. Sexual harassment must stop trying to make the oppressed woman a criminal.

2. The reason for the torture of women should be understood in the social structure. In the society, the movement, freedom, actions of women in the society are assumed to be properly controlled by men. Men threatened to accept women's submission because of their domination and apply force. When women are abused as subordinates? When there is an unequal compassion relationship between men and women. Women need to be removed.

3. Sexuality in the society is considered ashamed of all the victims of the victims. As a result, women refrain from raising allegations of sexual abuse. Women should learn to say that the crime is to say.

4. As easy as sexual harassment like evangelism, it is as difficult to prove in court. The oppressors commit this crime with many skills so that it is called a crime. Nevertheless, feminist researchers consider it a 'sth -bhavadhbhava' or almost rape. It is important to enact special laws to judge such crimes.

5. There is no suitable law for slander like evading in Bangladesh. The new legal structure must also be implemented. Any work, behavior or verbal pronunciation is a punishable offense for the disgrace of the Ordinance 1976 of the Dhaka Metropolitan Police Audinance 1880 and Penal Code 509 In the Ordinance 10(2) of the East Women and Child Abuse Act 2000 such crime was a matter of trial. But in the 2003st, it was rejected in the fact that the law feared. The Ordinance of the New Act 9 states that if a woman committed suicide as a result of a deliberate dishonest act, sexual harassment, or terrorist activities, the offender will be sentenced to maximum 5 years and a minimum of 10 years in jail. But there is a debate over whether such crime will be subjected to evangelism. Although there is a provision to punish the offender in this Act, it is important to note that it is possible only if women commit suicide. If you do not die, a Victim is deprived of the shelter of the law. Since the guilty of the criminals disappears and the EN has no proper enforcement, the oppressed woman loses the incentive to complain.

6. There is a provision for setting up a complaint center in the process of preparing sexual harassment in education and workplace. Members of this center must be experienced, ideas about law and sensitive to women's questions. The center needs to be placed above the politics of active ideas within the institutional structure. It is important to make necessary legal reforms in this regard.

7. It is noteworthy that the law enforcement agencies were influenced by the conventional feminist ideology as the special knowledge of sexual harassment and crime was not completed. Many times the police also tortured women. They need to be skilled through gender training. The police center may have a hot line to report the crime. Civilian dresses need to be deployed in various places and deployed women and police in different places and take initiative to stop evangelizing.

8. Women are constantly struggling to survive against masculinity and torture. The resistance of women is their daily fight. It is necessary to develop a coalition social movement against sexual harassment and oppression. And it has to start now. You have to make a noise now. There is no alternative to women except for women.

The evangeling problem needs to be suppressed in any way. Because of this, a girl is mentally and physically admitted to her family as well as her family is in danger. Everyone needs to be aware of evangelism. To prevent it, everyone has to work unitedly.

Finally, I want to say, women are a man. They have to be respected as a human being. They have to pay the respect they deserve in every field of society. The harassment must be stopped. For this purpose, the law that the government has enacted must be applied properly. The bakhtis need to be punished so that the other bakhtas can be corrected by seeing it. So that no one dares to disrespect women. The awareness of the harassment of women that will play the biggest role from the government's laws. To stop harassment against women, awareness should be created at all levels. The woman has to be aware of her rights to protect her rights, be brave. Fear will not be folded. It is important to remember that at the end of the day, men have the right to survive by working equally. The right to survive independently by working as a citizen of an independent state. Remember that a woman is your mother, sister, and your wife. So let's be respectful of women.
