
Fake note detection workshop held in Rajshahi

Rajshahi IFIC (PL) Bank has organized a workshop on detection of fake notes and prevention of its circulation.
Rup Ratan Pine, Executive Director of Bangladesh Bank was present as Chief Guest. The workshop was held in collaboration with the HRM Department of IFIC.
The workshop was held at Amena Fun Villa of Kumarpara Sarkar Tower under Boalia police station of the district on Saturday at 10 am. Under the chairmanship of IFIC District Branch Bank Manager Rabiul Islam, Bangladesh Bank's Executive Director Rup Ratan Pine, Joint Director Motahar Hossain and Assistant Director Shamim Hossain gave various cognizable aspects regarding fake notes.
Rup Ratan Pine, Executive Director of Bangladesh Bank, said in the workshop on prevention of fake notes, all the officers and employees of the bank should learn the technique of identifying or recognizing genuine notes. The trend of circulation of fake notes increases a lot during Eid especially among Muslims of the country. Because of which everyone should be very aware.
At that time he thanked District Branch Bank Manager Rabiul Islam for organizing this workshop. On due time of various branches and sub-branches officer of IFIC Bank were present.
