Facebook, Messenger, Instagram restored after global outage

Social media platforms Facebook, Messenger and Instagram have been restored after facing a global outage for less than an hour with numerous users reportedly found them logged out and were unable to log back in today.
Around 10:25pm (Bangladesh time), the users of social media platforms were able to log into their accounts.
Earlier, users took to X to state that they were logged out of Facebook and Instagram and struggled while trying to log back in.
Facebook automatically kicked the users out, displaying an error message saying that the password used to enter the account was incorrect.
Users on Instagram were also unable to view the content on the picture-sharing platform as the message “Something went wrong” appeared every time they tried to access the site.
