The world of modern technology is now running through the advancement of modern science and technology. As new inventions are made then rapidly people are engrossed in mechanics.

At present the reality is that we cannot capture the machine. Rather we are in possession of modern devices today. Most of the users of these devices are the upcoming society and social movers. In other words teenagers and young people of the modern generation are the main users of modern information technology.

As the world ages, modern information technology is opening up new doors of great potential. The incredible progress of modern science has led to considerable advancement in global technology. All the advanced technologies have brought the world at hand. Today's world has come a long way due to various inventions. On the other hand despite the many positive aspects of technology its misuse is consuming the modern generation.

The negative aspects of technology are pushing the technology-dependent world towards destruction. The present world is completely dependent on digital technology. In fact it is through this that we get the idea of the digital world. In this era of digitalization, information reaches people very quickly and easily. Young society means digitalized society.

The negative aspects of technology are pushing our current society towards destruction. As the online or digital medium has made many tasks easier and cheaper. So it also has many serious ironies. On the other hand technology users of various ages are getting involved in crime by discovering themselves as characters in various games. Young users are sacrificing their lives on these dangerous roads without even knowing it. It is very necessary to pay close attention to the fact that technology does not harm us in any way.

Currently various studies have proved that complete dependence on technology makes our brain dysfunctional. The effect of which is happening in us almost constantly. Without technology we cannot think or do anything. This habit is technology addiction. The more we become addicted to this technology addiction then the harder it is for us to come back. Addiction is not just drug abuse. We can become addicted to anything we abuse.

An example is online gambling addiction. Also any activity that is emotionally, physically or socially harmful, and the repetition of the user's overwhelming desire for that activity despite knowing the harm, carries the user's addictive identity. An addict becomes overly dependent on a substance without realizing it. Then started enjoying a kind of joy through it. In this case when a person becomes obsessed with something then as a result, other areas of life such as family, friends and responsibilities lose importance. Finally then the person gets into trouble. As a result the people around him also face various difficulties. Excessive use of the Internet or online activities can lead to negative consequences in various areas of a person's life.

Technology addiction can naturally cause a user to engage in a variety of online activities, including social media, gaming, gambling, problematic use of online pornography, and others. Unfortunately, criminals are using technology to commit a variety of crimes, including cyberbullying, online scams, drug trafficking, and even terrorism. Social media such as Facebook, Twitter etc. have become the biggest means of expressing emotions. Someone posts a status on Facebook before committing suicide. Even going live suicides are happening. Even personal security is currently lacking. Facebook is the most popular social media. Thanks to Facebook we are all virtual friends these days.

In the world of virtual friends most of us users are busy all the time with just likes, comments and shares. If we can learn something good from these social media then it will be the best for us. A large part of our young society is busy on Facebook. So if a large part of their thinking is used for good instead of using it for evil on Facebook then everyone will benefit. The risk of increased social unrest due to increased abuse of the Internet is manifold. That is why everyone has to work together to prevent misuse of all types of modern technology including mobile phones. Digital detox helps prevent addiction to technology and devices. A digital detox is a period in which a person stays away from using all devices that can be connected to the Internet such as smartphones or computers.

With digital detox methods, users set a time frame for themselves (maybe a few hours or a few days). During this period the user keeps all smart phones, computers, laptops away and completely disconnects himself from the Internet, social media, television and video games during this time. Just as technology is making life easier it is also forcing people to lose their individuality. Nowadays, criminals are spreading their web easily by using the internet and its benefits. As a result human civilization is on the verge of destruction.

In such a situation there is no alternative to proper implementation of the law. If necessary then applying the appropriate laws should be made to prevent misuse of information technology or scientific technology. Other make timely necessary amendments in the law. Besides it must be ensured that its implementation is transparent. Another important issue is the need for awareness and education. We have to remember that in today's modern age we cannot avoid technology.

Rather through the efficient and proper use of technology we can occupy the seat of honor in the world. Proper use of technology plays the most important role in turning the young generation into an educated and skilled population. Its misuse causes unrest for the nation.

Therefore if there is strict punishment against the misuse of technology then criminals will refrain from committing crimes. Curriculum on the use of technology can be included in schools, colleges, madrasas and other educational institutions to increase awareness in the use of technology. Also, awareness campaigns on the use of technology through mass media will yield many benefits.
