Education Minister attends NSTUi's 20th University Day, announces new commitment to education, esearch

 The 20th University Day of Noakhali University of Science and Technology (NSTU) was celebrated with great pomp. Dr. A.N.M. Ehsanul Haque Milon joined the discussion meeting, Dean's Award and Vice Chancellor Award-2026 ceremony organized on the occasion of the day as the chief guest. 
 
At the discussion meeting held at the Bir Shrestha Shaheed Mohammad Ruhul Amin Auditorium of the university at 10:30 am on Monday , the Education Minister said that education, research and innovation activities should be further taken forward to ensure international standard higher education. He emphasized research-based education and innovative initiatives for the development of students' talent. Md. Shahjahan and Md. Fakhrul Islam were present as special guests at the event. Bangladesh University Grants Commission Chairman Prof Dr. Mamun Ahmed and NoUST Deputy Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Muhammad Shafiqul Islam. The meeting was presided over by Prof Dr. Golam Rabbani. The speakers said that the initiative of giving Dean's Award and Vice Chancellor's Award to recognize talented students will inspire students to achieve more success. 
 
The event was attended by guests from different levels including teachers, students, officials and employees of the university. Various programs were organized throughout the day on the occasion of University Day. Through this colorful event, the successes, achievements and future plans of Nobiprobi over two decades were celebrated. The entire campus was filled with a festive atmosphere.
