The first part of this reform talk was held at the Dhaka University Central Students' Union (DUCSU) premises on  Tuesday at 3 pm. Members of the families of martyrs in July-August were present in it. DUCSU VP Sadiq Kayem presided over the program.
In his welcome speech, DUCSU Health and Environment Secretary MM Al Minhaj said, "Despite the support of about 70 percent of the people in the referendum for the July Charter, if the government delays implementing it and wants to return to the old authoritarian system under the pretext of the constitution, it will not be tolerated in any way.
