Dr. M Osman Faruk wins in Kishoreganj-3
H.R. Biplob, Karimganj (Kishorganj)
BNP candidate and former Education Minister Osman Faruk has unofficially won the Kishoreganj-3 (Karimganj-Tarail) constituency by getting 111,638 votes.
His closest rival, Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami candidate Dr. Jehad Khan, received 101,276 votes. The vote gap between the two candidates stands at 10,362.
According to sources from the District Returning Officer's office, this final tally was obtained based on the results of a total of 151 centers in this constituency.
