Chattogram Bureau 

 The Dolphin Harun-Salam Free Medical Service Center was officially inaugurated on Friday morning under the initiative of Dolphin Club, a traditional social organization in the Muhuripara area of North Agrabad, Chattogram, to provide complimentary healthcare services to underprivileged local residents.

The inauguration ceremony was marked by a ribbon-cutting event held on the premises of the Dolphin Club.

Brigadier General Mohammad Taslim Uddin, Director of the Chattogram Medical College Hospital (CMCH), graced the occasion as the chief guest and inaugurated the center.

The event was attended by Marine City Hospital Deputy Director Dr. Zakir Hossain, CMCH Paediatric Health Department Professor Mariful Kader, Chattogram Maa O Shishu Hospital Assistant Professor Dr. Fahim Hasan Reza, Advocate Md. Alam, Dr. Md. Alam, and Chattogram Maa O Shishu Hospital physician Dr. Fatematuj Zohra as special guests.

Dolphin Club President Iskandar Mirza presided over the opening ceremony, which was conducted under the overall supervision of club General Secretary Haji Wahid Halim Emon and moderated by Free Medical Service Secretary M. Joynal Abedin.

In his address as the chief guest, Brigadier General Mohammad Taslim Uddin praised the Dolphin Club for organizing the humanitarian initiative, noting that many impoverished individuals in the locality are routinely deprived of medical care due to financial constraints. He assured that the Harun-Salam Free Medical Service Center would stand beside these patients and provide necessary treatments.

The CMCH director further announced that local residents of Muhuripara admitted to Chattogram Medical College Hospital with complex medical conditions will receive prioritized care. 

The inaugural program was also attended by Mahfuzul Haque, Abul Kalam, Shah Alam, Nizam Uddin, Yusuf Chowdhury, M. Parvez Uddin, Masud Parvez, Shahidul Islam, Ishaq Hossain, Abu Zahed, Didarul Alam, Ibne Hossain, Ridowan, Farhad Tushar, Firoz Ahmed, Ababay, Kamal, Jasim, Sadman Bin Fahim, Borhan Uddin, Mizanur Raihan, Foyez Ahmed, Shahadat Sadikin, and journalist Bachchu Barua, alongside local dignitaries and community members.
