Distribution of blankets among 500 needy people at initiative of FNB in C'nawabganj

Blankets have been distributed among 500 needy people under the initiative of Chapainawabganj District Committee of NGO Federation (FNB) consisting of non-governmental development organizations. Blankets were distributed at the head office premises of the RSDF organization in Arambag area of the district town on Monday at 11 am.
Sadar Upazila Executive Officer Mst. Tashmina Khatun distributed these blankets as the chief guest. The chief guest said that the poor families are suffering from unbearable conditions during severe winter. Therefore, he called upon the circle of people of the society to come forward in the service of self-humanity and distribute winter clothes among the helpless.
Deputy Director of District Social Services Department, Mst. Umme Kulsoom was the special guest on the occasion.
NGO Federation (FNB) district committee president and RSDF executive director Manjurul Islam Babu Khan presided.
Uddipan Regional Manager Ishaq Ali, BRAC District Coordinator Momena Khatun, Bangladesh Bureau Area Manager Masud Alam, Uddipan Branch Manager Abdul Latif, Chetna Hub Programmer Golam Sarwar and other non-governmental development organization officials and beneficiary members were present.
