Diesel price lowered by 75 paisa, petrol Tk 3, octane Tk 4 per litre

The government has lowered the fuel oil prices matching with the prices prevailing in the internal market.
A gazette notification was issued on Thursday (March 7) re-fixing the fuel oil prices.
According to the new prices, diesel and kerosene prices have been re-fixed at Tk 108.25 per litre lowering by 75 paisa from the existing Tk 109 per litre.
Besides, octane price has been re-fixed at Tk 126 per litre lowering by Tk 4 from the existing Tk 130 per litre, while petrol price has been re-fixed at Tk 122 reducing by Tk 3 from the existing Tk 125 per litre.
The new prices of fuel oils will be effective from Friday (March 8).
