Construction of border wall by encroaching oad, citizens react strongly on Facebook

Citizens have taken to social media to protest against the construction of a boundary wall by an influential person occupying an important road in a residential area of Kalapara municipality in Patuakhali.
After the locals complained to the army camp about the indifference of the municipal authorities, the army members came and partially demolished it and instructed to remove the rest in the public interest, but instead of removing it, the road is being occupied again and preparations for construction are underway.
An aggrieved citizen, prominent cultural organizer and director of Alphabet Kindergarten, Mostafa Zaman Sujan, wrote on social media,
' Honorable Kalapara Municipal Administrator,
After the construction of a boundary wall in the College Road area of the municipal city by encroaching on the road, the locals filed a complaint with the army camp. The army personnel were present and asked the accused to partially dismantle it and remove the rest, but the accused did not pay any attention. Moreover, the reconstruction work is underway. Since the matter is of public importance, I am drawing the attention of the administrator.
Attempts to contact Kalapara Municipal Administrator and UNO Md. Kausar Hamid on his official mobile number and WhatsApp to get his statement on this matter did not yield any response. However, regarding this matter:
Kalapara Municipality Executive Engineer Md. Mashiur Rahman said, 'We have not received any complaint regarding this. I heard the matter from you. Necessary action will be taken after conducting an on-site inspection in this regard.'
