College teacher killed by truck in Cumilla

A college teacher was killed when a truck ran over him in Cumilla. The accident took place around 12:30 noon on Saturday at Talir Badarpur rail gate area of Cumilla city.
He was working as an assistant professor in the social work department of Zafarganj Mir Abdul Gafur Degree College of Debidwar upazila.
The deceased was identified as tMoazzem Hossain (52) teacher is the son of Mokbal Hossain Miazi of Pitambardi village of Matlab upazila of Chandpur district SI Mofizul Islam of Kotyali Model Police Station said that the truck ran away after the accident. The family took the body to the village house at night for burial.
