Charghat, Bagha AL protest BNP’s attacks

Charghat and Bagha Upazila Awami League of Rajshahi organised road meetings and peace rallies to protest police killings by BNP-Jamaat, arson at Kakrail and Rajarbagh police lines hospitals, attacks on the Chief Justice's residence and journalists.
On Monday afternoon, under the leadership of Charghat Municipal Mayor and Pouro AL Secretary Ekramul Haque, a large motorcycle rally was held by more than 2,000 Awami League supported leaders and members. On the other hand, under the leadership of Bagha Upazila Awami League General Secretary Ashraful Islam Babul, more than 2 thousand motorcycle marches came out.
Finally, A-League General Secretary of Bagha Upazila Ashraful Islam and Charghat Town A-League S.A. Secretary Ekramul Haque said in a speech at the road meeting that BNP's repeated strike-blockade is unacceptable. They are harming the life and property of the country and nation. Their behavior has also failed Israel. In their greed for power, they have forgotten the compassion of their country. Various pedestrians including the police, journalists of this country have died and suffered fatal injuries due to BNP's vandalism and are undergoing treatment in the hospital.
The Awami League will not accept this barbarity. Upazila League leaders warned that they would be given two injuries instead of one injury. At that time, Charghat-Bagha Awami League, Municipal Awami League, Chhatra League, Jubo League, Volunteer League, Krishak League, Shree League, Mukti Joddha and other organizations were present in the peace meeting.
