Chandpur District Police, Chandpur Superintendent of Police Mohammad Saiful Islam BPM, PPM (Bar) has signed the annual performance contract of officers in charge of all police stations of Chandpur.

Chandpur Superintendent of Police Mohammad Saiful Islam BPM, PPM (Bar) presided over the Annual Performance Agreement 2024-2025 ceremony of officers in charge with the Superintendent of Police on Monday (June 10) in the conference room of the office of Chandpur Police Superintendent.

The Superintendent of Police said in his speech that Annual Performance Agreement, National Purity Strategy etc. are one of the appendages of the modern state system and urged all officers in-charge to perform their duties sincerely with professionalism in achieving APA targets.

It is known that annual performance contracts are introduced under the government performance management system with the aim of increasing transparency and accountability in government activities, ensuring appropriate use of resources and developing institutional capacity. The Annual Performance Agreement (APA) for the fiscal year 2024-2025 was signed separately by the Superintendent of Police with the officer-in-charges of all the police stations of Chandpur district with the aim of increasing institutional efficiency, strengthening transparency and accountability, integrating good governance, and ensuring proper utilization of resources. is
