As always, this time Chairman Russell Rana is going door to door in the dead of night in his constituency Harinchara Union of Nilphamari Domar Upazila and putting warm blankets on the bodies of helpless cold people. Blankets are distributed to each ward starting on Monday till Friday. More than 500 blankets were distributed to the Union.
