If the physical structure is not fit, the mind can be upset. In women, this discomfort can be caused by sagging breasts. Many women face the problem of sagging breasts at a young age. There are many reasons for this. But if you know the cause and solution, it is possible to get rid of it. Day by day my breast is hanging, looks very bad! What do I do now? The question we often hear from patients. There is nothing to be alarmed or upset about. Breast size can change for many reasons. Some of the main reasons are age, weight change, smoking, heavy work without adequate support etc. Sometimes it can also be due to genetics. But if you follow some rules without panicking in such a situation, the solution will be found easily. Many people have such problems before age! So today we will know about the causes and solutions of breast sagging.

(1) Egg yolk and cucumber pack
Make a pack by mixing one egg yolk and 3 tablespoons of cucumber juice. Apply this pack well around the breast half an hour before bathing. Wash off after 30 minutes. Use this pack daily for a week and you will feel the difference yourself.

(2) Proper food
You also need to take care of your daily diet to get back the right breast shape. Adequate protein is required for firming of breasts. So you must include milk, eggs and pulses in your daily food list. You also need essential nutrients like minerals, vitamins and calcium, which you can get from foods like cabbage, cauliflower, tomatoes, carrots, turnips and broccoli. Eating these foods every day will get back the correct shape of sagging breasts.

(3) Swimming
